Sam Lazarovitch

President

Samuel Lazarovitch is the President of the Foundation, overseeing the implementation of the entire Humanitarian Program to deliver food relief and medical assistance for the neediest mothers with kids in poor countries around the world during Amelia Sky Race duration and off the Race time. The mission is facilitated in collaboration with UNESCO, UN Women, WHO (World Health Organization), EIGE (European Institute for Gender Equality), USAID, American Red Cross and Clinton Foundation.

Samuel is an Air Transportation Executive with 25 years' experience in management, airport development and security, cargo logistics, humanitarian and disaster relief operations around the world.

Holds a Major in Civil Engineering from Saratov State Technical University.

Luca Zadra

Treasurer

Luca Zadra is an International Aviation Expert with more than 30 years' experience in civil aviation start-ups, management, development of strategic financial programs to support the successful activities of such airlines in Europe.

As a member of Italian Rescue Unit (Protezione Civile), Luca participated in many rescue operations caused by natural disasters in Italy and other countries around the world.

Luca as Treasurer of our Foundation is managing all financial affairs, preparing annual budgets and reports to Board members and conducting constant relations schedule between the Foundation's current and prospective donors.

Luca holds a Bachelor Degree from Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) in Rome, Italy.

Luca is also an active member for fundraising at FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), the Italian Heritage Fund.

Andrew Grubin

Foundation Secretary

Andrew Grubin is Foundation Secretary and Director of Communications.

Andrew is providing strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of information technology, business development, strategic planning, and corporate communications, executive-level support to the President, Treasurer, and the Board of Directors, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Serving as a liaison among board members, executive management, management, and administrative staff to ensure proper communication.

Gretta Dabagian

Director of Medical Assistance Program, Doctors and Nurses Department

Ms. Gretta Dabagian as Director of Medical Assistance Program is implementing the most important part of Amelia Sky Race humanitarian effort: to provide medical assistance to all neediest mothers with kids with free of charge check-ups and evaluation. In serious cases help provided through medical institutions collaborating with Amelia Sky Race in this noble cause.
